Jason Campbell

Jason Campbell practices eminent domain law for the NC Eminent Domain Law Firm. Jason’s 13 years as an Assistant Attorney General for the North Carolina Department of Transportation included taking dozens of cases to trial as lead attorney. This experience of working for the “other side” has given Jason deep insight into how the NCDOT operates. He is a member of the Wake County Bar Association and North Carolina Advocates for Justice. In 2024 and 2025, Jason was selected by Best Lawyers in America for the “Best Lawyers” list in Eminent Domain and Condemnation Law.⁴
